The Xoogler community was set up in 2015 for former Google employees and current Google employees. We welcome non-Xooglers/Googlers to events that are open to the public. You are encouraged to form your own alumni community similar to Xoogler, you can email to find out more. 

Absolutely! We formed Xoogler in April 2015 and our first event in May 2015 was hosted by the Head of Google for Startups in San Francisco. Many Xooglers get support and encouragement from Googlers that join the online chats and in-person events. Some Googlers join the community ahead of time to get support from those that have pursued different career interests, others are looking to invest in Xoogler startups, organize events for Xooglers or their jobs at Google will benefit them by working with Xooglers.
